• Do you have parking at your facility?

  Yes, we have a small parking lot behind our building as well as lots of metered parking along Broadway.

• What is your cancellation policy?

  Your appointments and care are very important to us. Because we reserve one-on-one time specifically for you, we respectfully ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee.

  • First late cancellation: $100

  • Subsequent late cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the scheduled service

  • Appointments cancelled within 24 hours cannot be canceled online and must be communicated directly with the clinic.

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may not be able to be accommodated and may be treated as a late cancellation.

  A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.

  In the event of a true emergency or illness, we may apply all or part of the cancellation fee toward a future service at our discretion.
