Runeasi is backed by 10 years of clinical research
We get measurable information on how hard you’re landing, instability/alignment and asymmetry which are highly correlated with performance & injury.
All of this reflected in an easy to understand running health score we can use to measure progress.
Live biofeedback gives us the ability to see what’s working with running gait retraining, taking out all the guesswork.
