OUR PROCESS
Detailed running gait analysis and expert-level movement screening during every evaluation help guide care to tailor it to you as a runner, regardless of level.
Sessions may include use of manual therapy, needling and joint mobilizations or manipulations to reduce pain.
We will include progressive strength training to ensure your body can meet the demands of running and empower you with confidence applying these techniques long term.
If indicated, we will work on gait retraining during sessions with consistent feedback and adjustment instead of just telling you what’s wrong and setting you free to fix it.
Our experts provide guidance on running shoes, return to run, training adjustments and a customized home exercise program to round out your comprehensive care and experience to meet your goals.
