Running injury can be boiled down to insufficient strength and capacity. Our trainers take you beyond simple body weight training to ensure your body can withstand the demands of running. Our trainers are also Doctors of Physical Therapy so you can be sure we will progress you safely based on experience level.

How to Start

If you’re brand new to The Run RX we will start with an initial assessment and gait analysis to discuss goals, perform a movement assessment and watch you run. From there we can proceed with either a package or membership depending on level of involvement.
