Our team of running physical therapists in Somerville live and run all around Boston and beyond. Our staff lives or has lived in Somerville, Charlestown, Southie, Medford, Allston/Brighton and even north of the city in the Andovers. So when we’re not spending our time performing running gait analysis or treating running injuries, you can find us out and about getting our runs in too!

Castle Island Route - South Boston

Elevation Gain: 72 ft

  • A simple, short, and scenic Boston route along the water

  • Great in isolation or stacking reps for a long run or speed workout

Distance: 8.8 mi

Elevation Gain: 198 ft

  • A beautiful extended Boston run on the water- flat and well paved, can get windy!

Herter Park Loop

Distance: 2.6 mi

Elevation Gain: 22ft

  • Great for Tempo Runs!

  • This ~2.6 mile loop is essentially the course of the Charles River Marathon.

  • Flat and fast, great for tempos!
