The once and for all solution to running injuries & performance

At The Run Rx, we believe runners deserve more than quick fixes - they deserve expert care that gets to the root of the problem and helps them stay healthy for the long run. Our team of sports physical therapists aren’t just trained in orthopedic rehab and performance - we’re runners too. We know what it’s like to chase big goals, come back from setbacks, and crave clarity when something feels off.

That’s why our process goes deeper. We combine advanced gait analysis, personalized strength programming, and real 1-on-1 attention to create a plan that’s built around you. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, chasing a PR, or just want to run with confidence again, we’ll help you move forward with purpose.

You bring the drive. We’ll bring the strategy, structure, and support to get you there. And keep you there.

You don’t have to stay on the perpetual treadmill of running injuries forever…

TESTIMONIAL

I’m so grateful for their thoughtful attention to a longstanding and complex injury I have. I’ve made great strides in learning more about my body and regaining mobility.
They see the big picture, more than any other PT who I’ve worked with. Also incredibly positive and fun to talk to.

I couldn’t recommend a PT more highly!
